My name is James Coy Driscoll and I specialize in representing tenants who are threatened with or who have been evicted from their homes or businesses. I have represented tenants since 1992, have been on the faculty of a landlord-tenant seminar, and am a frequent guest on the "Your Legal Rights" radio show on KALW, 91.7 FM, in San Francisco, regarding the rights of tenants. I can help you make informed decisions about an attempted eviction and advise you as to what options are available.

Many people wonder if they need a lawyer when they face eviction. The law regarding eviction in San Francisco is very complicated and sometimes confusing. Whatever your situation, we can help. Please call me for a free initial telephone consultation.
